Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days for a full refund of the product price. The cost of shipping and handling is not refundable. Damaged merchandise will be replaced or refunded immediately upon our receipt of the damaged items.
Shipping Policy
All products are shipped UPS Ground unless other arrangements have been made. Products are usually shipped within 48-72 hours of when the order is placed. International orders, and orders outside the continental US, are subject to additional shipping charges which are determined on an order by order basis.

Using our Products
Our products are complimentary to the care you and your Veterinarian provides. They do not replace licensed veterinary care. If your pet is on a restricted diet or taking medication, please check with your Veterinarian before using our products.
